If you are unable to sign in to your account and or you cannot remember your password, click on the “forgot password” link at the top of any page, fill out the short form, click submit and your password will be emailed to you. If you are still unable to sign in after this, you can contact support by e-mailing support@shopperslotto.com and a technician will provide assistance to you.

2. Have I received a fraudulent email?
Shopperslotto.com will never contact you and ask you for your personal details such as passwords, bank information, credit card #’s and the like. Never offer this information to anyone requesting it on behalf of shopperslotto.com. Your privacy and information security are our number one concern.

3. How do I know Your Sweepstakes aren't rigged!?
Our Sweepstakes are done in conjunction with the 'PICK 4' lottery drawn & audited by the STATE OF ILLINOIS Lottery. We do not draw the numbers ourselves and so have no way of cheating the system. Our database simply logs your choices and we compare them against the PICK 4 numbers after each scheduled sweepstakes.
